Booking and Payment
Note that package prices may fluctuate. You are responsible for paying any differences if the package price decreases after your purchase. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation and may change without notice.
Travel and Documents
Ensure that all necessary documents are in order for the visa application process. While we assist with the electronic application, we are not responsible for visa denials or errors in your documentation. Please bring your passport and any other supporting documents at least three weeks prior to departure.
Airport Procedures
Arrive at the airport 3-4 hours before departure. Be aware of your luggage allowance and manage your baggage throughout the journey, as liquids over 100 milliliters are not allowed in carry-on luggage. Most Umrah pilgrims are processed at the Hajj terminal.

Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, purchase a Saudi SIM card for easier communication. Look for the HolyTravels representative who will guide you through the immigration and customs processes and to your transportation.
