The Platform disclaims all liability for The Customer’s visa refusal and any related issues.
The Platform’s call center, sales team, and operations team will try their best to assist The Customer if they ask for additional services on site, but The Platform is not liable for supplying any services that have not been agreed upon or paid via The Platform.
When a customer’s acts are in violation of Saudi Arabian law, the platform is not liable. The Customer is required to abide by Saudi Arabia’s general laws and respect its culture.
Any flight delays or other service interruptions brought on by a force majeure situation are not the Platform’s fault. Nevertheless, depending on the circumstances, The Platform support team will make every effort to change the booking information within the parameters of the modified booked services, the cancellation policy rules, and/or the rules established by The Regulator.
